Did you think about adding Grisly Totem (if you have it) to this deck? I see a lot of skill cards that would get a +1 added to them.

You make a great point! If I could get Peter down quick enough he could soak up the horror. I like Cherished Keepsake to help tank in this role. In Dunwich I went through a lot of them. Dang you Rotting Remains! But perhaps I don’t need two and can swing the Totem. Thanks!

You can always add 1-2 copies of Flare later on to get out Peter when you really need him.

Eucatastrophe should be a high priority in Silas in my opinion, it's exceptionally good with him. You can even get it back instantly if you happen to have a Resourceful in your discard pile. The card wasn't released or spoiled when I made the Cleaving Silas deck, or I would have definitely put it in the high priority upgrade category.

OoOoOoOh! Yes! Eucatastrophe is a beauty. Would that come before or after Peter Sylvestre & Timeworn Brand?

Going back and forth between Gravediggers Shovel and Meat Cleaver. I want to make sure I succeed in fights. Besides hacking at my own monsters I tend to fight off monsters on other investigators. I don't want to whiff. That extra damage and horror heal with the cleaver is very tempting.

Meat Cleaver is definitely the way to go, with Pete you can keep a check on his sanity, hovering around 2 or 3. I do this with Rita and maybe even consider taking Guts out for Say Your Prayers, ok you don't get a card but you're virtually sure to pass a willpower test, especially if ye Totem is included. This is a neat deck, I've been looking for a multi Silas, I'll give this one a go.

FWIW - I think Silas needs the Teddy Bear more than Grisly Totem but Grisly Totem would work really well with his skill heavy deck. I would make Relic Hunter a priority in upgrades if I included Grisly Totem.

I think I would also go Meat Cleaver considering that PeterS would be in play and it would be easy to activate the +1 damage with his infinity soak. That might make Timeworn Brand less of an upgrade priority. Timeworn Brand is awesome but it is expensive and will delay a lot of XP upgrades to get it into the deck.

Jessica Hyde (if you have the latest packs - I don't) and Charisma might also be an option for upgrades to essentially give you infinity damage/horror soak. Silas might be the perfect option for this combo.

Relic Hunter and Charisma—good ideas! I was considering Jessica Hyde too. I may have a fellow investigator adding her though. I think I'm sold on the Meat Cleaver. Good input!

I would think Gravedigger’s Shovel. Started playing Carcosa and the cleaver has been great. Will be phasing out Fire Axe with Timeworn Brands.
