Wendy: Rags to Riches

Original Test build: Subject to change after playtesting. Hey all, experienced Arkham player, beginner deck builder here! I'm completely open to feedback, I want Wendy here to be as strong as possible :) I'll be playtesting in Dream Eaters throughout the coming weeks to see how she plays out. Highly considering Moonstone after I can jam a Relic Hunter in here :)
