Duke is in fine form. The classic combo with Dark Horse gets further enhanced by classics such as the Fire Axe and Madame Labranche, and new tools such as the Mariner's Compass and Jury Rig. Nothing Left to Lose and Emergency Cache help pay for the handful of more expensive assets quickly.

Pete himself is a little... off, he's using the mighty St. Huberts Key to instantly qualify for all those powerful Desperate Skills. Meanwhile, he's been taking some classes via Forced Learning, and draws his massive deck at double-speed. All those discarded cards mean nothing thanks to a little Scavenging, alongside Resourceful and Scrounge for Supplies. Or if its Winging It. And all those juicy doubles fuel Dream-Enhancing Serum, you'll always be ready to re-ready Duke!

The Keepsakes and Coats are both cheap soak, and fodder for skill tests to be recovered with Scavenging. Test of Will and Ward of Protection let you cancel nasty encounters, while just about everything else helps you cheese skill tests repeatedly.

Honestly, Forced Learning may be a bit broken in Survivors.
