I always like having a theme when I build a deck and I find Dream Eaters the ideal opportunity to try out some of the wierder ones. My favourite so far has been Nathaniel 'Goro' Cho with double Boxing Gloves. Anyway back to "Skids", the Waking World "Skids" will be a fairly standard bit flex Rogue build so I wanted to try something very different in the Dreamlands, and Rambo Skids was born.

Straight off the bat, yes I know Underworld Support ruins his Parralel deck building special, but that's not what this deck is about :) This deck is about finding the Ornate Bow and the Sanity Saver as quickly as possible, then burning repeatedly through a tiny deck rapidly replaying skills and events.

This deck performed great throughout the dreaming side of Dream Eaters, shining example being Dark Side of the Moon. Which might be the most effcient display of a deck I've ever played. During Dark Side of the Moon I killed both Moon-Beasts, the Moon Lizard and a 9 (bit of help from Miss Luxley) health swarm of Planetary Cats. Each one being dealth with in a different way. I've not had a scenario go as well in terms of deck performance as this did.

First Moon-Beast was shot, Evaded and hit with Sneak Attack Second was shot, Evaded and killed by Delilah The Moon Lizard was Shot twice, avoiding the AoO via Narrow Escape, then finished off with an attack aided by Vicious Blow comitted by Roland. But the Cats was the best by far :) a shot from the bow took 2 down, Act of Desperation removed another, Evade removed the fourth and then Delilah took care of the last one. I draw the last card of my deck with Lucky Cigarette Case and had Backpack in my hand so was confident of finding the Bow quickly the next round, as it turnt out I drew it in the Upkeep phase :)

This build is slightly different to what the deck I played ended up being. Biggest change being not taking Borrowed Time and replacing it with All In. Borrowed Time never really shone and I feel that the huge card draw of All In speeds up what is already a very fast deck turn over. If you can start with Lucky Cigarette Case in play you turn your deck in 9 turns. Manual Dex and Overpower knock a turn off, Backpack can knock off another and a max All In can knock off another two. Meaning you can turn your deck in 5 turns. This practically guarantees that you will find what you want, when you want it and you'll get to use all the tricks at this decks deposal.
