The Leanest Green

So after playing Sefina Rousseau and seeing what she could do with a underworld support deck, I decided to make the thinnest possible Arkham Horror deck. I don't know how "competitive" this could be, but the idea is to make this relentlessly cycle value in actions/resources after I've played a few assets out. Then Later saturate it with even more insane green events and exceptional cards, I could consistently play out, even multiple times per scenario.

Note I mostly play with my friends, but I think this could work for solo, with a few card swaps.
