Priority - lvl 3 ice picks, fire extinguisher. Cycling icepicks from discard with ability allows for great flexibility for 2-3 dmg. All else nice to have.
Very consistent performance. High burst damage can be challenge. Per one action highest possible = FE + 2X IP + Vicious blow + Beat Cop = 6-7 dmg.
Tested for duo campaign play as fighter role.
