This was meant to be a flex investigator using Bewitching, Stick To The Plan, and Underworld Support to help reduce deck size.
I also tried to get as many full stat buffs as possible. Crystalline Elder Sign, Geas, and The Black Fan get you +3 to every stat. You also have Transmutation of your team needs you to focus, or you just want to not deal with changing roles.
It turned out I wasn't thrilled with the Arcane slots I was using, and I felt like I was scraping for Hand slots. Especially with Pocket Multi Tool, and Ritual Candles trying to get test specific bonuses. Astral Mirror before with that, and I was already strongly considering Binder's Jar.
I don't think the deck particularly works, but it's a fun theory.
