Minh Thi Phan - The Path of Carcosa - Post-Dim Carcosa

This is the current state of my Minh Thi Phan deck going into Dim Carcosa scenario.

Since all the locations are revealed, Deciphered Reality would allow you to advance the agenda as early as the first round.

Inquiring Mind is useful as well since some locations are replaced with new copies (replete with new clues on them)

Starting the scenario with at least half of your sanity's worth of horror on you, makes use of Desperate Search appealing.
