The 2 Evidence!s are supposed to be Scene of the Crimes, but they are still considered "unreleased"
This deck is Lola's chance to play Delve Too Deep. If she plays Delve Too Deep and ends up drawing an enemy, she could then end up playing Scene of the Crime to get 2 clues. Otherwise, she has Holy Rosary to get bonus Will and some Sanity soak. Fine Clothes is in there in case you need to take an extra hit or happen to have an early Parley test. Logical Reasoning will potentially heal you or save you from a Terror, which is important with how many Encounter cards this deck will cause you to draw.
Between Hyperawareness and Physical Training you have all 4 skills covered, so with enough money, you can pass a lot of different tests. However, your main contribution to the team will be through investigating, with Flashlight, Magnifying Glass, and either Alyssa or Milan in play, and Deduction as a skill card. Drawn to the Flame will also net you clues.
You don't have a lot to defend you against enemies outside of Machete, Vicious Blow, and Manual Dexterity, so hopefully your fellow investigators will be able to fight effectively.
With your XP, you can continue to focus on your clue-getting abilities, or if you are comfortable with how many clues you can get (since you can get between 6 and 8 clues with no investigation tests off of this build), you can try to add more defensiveness to your build. You can also get Pathfinder in order to potentially move into a location with an enemy, and then still be able to Scene of the Crime as your first action.
If you want to replace your Delves later in the campaign, I recommend Scrying (3), as it will help you play around your weakness. Otherwise, you can just buy Adapatable and switch your Delves to a different level 0 Mystic card, such as Ward of Protection. (Adapatable will work even without any additional Rogue cards.)
