Skids by TWO

This deck is designed to take advantage of cards commonly seen as "not good" whether they be inefficient or "the math" works against them, I built this as a solo deck. Its first upgrade should always be lockpics and/or street wise to assist with the investigating which is where it tends to struggle. However it should be noted that Opportunist can help with this especially if flashlight is also included. It did not originally include some of the "better" cards like Leo de Luca due to them being in other decks, however after using it for approximately 20 scenarios, I am confident it, surprisingly, works quite well. However this is intended for use in standard or easy difficulty only.
