Jenny, designed to be able to use her economy to push through scenarios. Unlike most "money" builds, she's meant to spend her cash rather than just sitting on it, so Money Talks and Well Connected are a bit weaker here.
She's optimized for evading over fighting, but still can pack a punch if needed.
