My first time using Calvin, decided to use him because of the additional spirit cards I got from the Nathaniel Cho deck. My deck building options are limited to what I own IRL. Ill be using him for my first playthrough of Return to The Night of The Zealot.

Deck tech

Assets-

Fire Axe - Synergizes with Dark Horse, serves as another boon while having 0 resources.

Flashlight - Basic Investigation coverage.

Gravedigger's Shovel - Forget the fighting were here for the clue.

Leather Coat - Helps manage damage on Calvin (relevant for his ability).

Peter Sylvestre - Serves same purpose as Leather Coat but for sanity, also provides a stat bump.

Dark Horse - A key component of basically any deck its included in.

Scavenging - Allows you to recycle a couple of assets if you need them. More importantly it allows you to look for solutions to problems without having to dig into the deck, which is going to mitigate the chance of drawing Voice of the Messenger.

Until the End of Time - Signature card, does what Leather coat and Peter Sylvestre are doing.

Events-

"Look what I found!" - Just give me the clues.

Clean Them Out - If you need the extra money, its mostly here to be upgraded out.

Counterpunch - Allows you to get a fight test outside of your turn, and it gets better when upgraded.

Emergency Cache - If you need the money, its here to be upgraded.

Live and Learn- for when you really need to succeed.

Lucky! - I mean the deck is kind of named after it, so its obviously an auto include.

One-Two Punch - More fight More good.

Ward of Protection - in case of emergency break glass.

Skills-

"we don't do that here"

Weakness-

Hypochondria - random basic weakness, actually fairly useful for Calvin.

Voice of the Messenger - Just try to not draw it.
