When I saw the Old Man Leo Sniper deck I really liked the idea, but I thought that Mark Harrigan had access to better cards to benefit the build. So I started working on this deck.

Same basic idea, mulligan hard for either your Springfield M1903 or the Backpack. The difference comes in the access to tactic cards that Mark has to and taking advantage of the new Sleuth asset to offset the Resource problem of Guardians. Barricade, Elusive and Hiding Spot really make this deck shine in terms of enemy manipulation. Added advantage of Hiding Spot I hadn't noticed until I played it, is that it only leaves play when there's a ready enemy there. This can vital for making a clear path for the rest of team to move through while you stay nearby making sure no enemies remain there.

In testing I found I was running out of ammo too fast so I tried including Calling in Favors to allow the recycling of Venturer. This is also why I went for the classic combo of Well-Maintained and Act of Desperation, both for reloading and dealing with an annoying Elite.

The Sweeping Kick might look like an odd inclusion, but it comes in clinch if you get stuck with an Elite enemy that you need to hit hard.

Ohh, amazing build. Looks very fun, wanted to do something like this for a long time. If you have a seeker buddy - ask them to buy upgraded barricade, you won't regret it. Stick to the plan would also be amazing addition, since you can stick to it thing Like "Extra Ammunition","Marksmanship" and "Prepared for worst"
