Hey all!
This is a neet little deck that I played through Edge of the Earth in 2 player coop. It is a main fighter/enemy manager and should be paired with a dedicated cluever (even though with 3 you can gather the occasional clue here and there).
The main idea was to use Scarlet Keys Dirty Fighting, which in my opinion is SUCH a fantastic and fun card. Also I haven't played Ornate Bow in a while and wanted to make a deck around it.
We use it here with Stealth. Be aware that this means we don't get the +2 while fighting, because the enemy is not exhausted, but we don't actually need it since we fight with 7 base (8 with The Moon • XVIII) and can commit lots of cards as Wini.
Once setup, the basic idea is to use Stealth as a disengage action to trigger the from Dirty Fighting which nets us a free fight action with Ornate Bow. In addition, we can reload our bow without triggering attacks of opportunity. We then have 3, 4 (with Leo De Luca), 5 (with Haste) or 6 (with Honed Instinct) actions to reload and fire again.
Easy as that.
The rest of the deck is mainly focused around cycling through fast so you can draw and play all your assets. The start can be rough if there are lots of enemy spawning and you didn't find the bow or extra actions, but I personally always managed to get through.
My level 0 deck looked like this: https://arkhamdb.com/deck/view/2716012, but I could see an argument to be made to start with bow right away.
Let me know what you think and I hope you enjoy!

Jan 31, 2023Hey! Thanks, it means alot coming from you :) The opportunist upgrade would definetly be the next step, I just wanted to keep it at 19xp (+ In the Thick of It) and I prefer the carddraw from Manual Dexterity (2) to get all the assets, because Opportunist (0)](/card/60325) rarely got discarded besides from -Tests. I personally never felt the need for Hatchet Man because 3 damage is enough to kill most enemies (although there are 4 health enemies in early EotE) and for bosses there hasn't been a breakpoint I would have reached with it. I can see the argument for sure. |
Jan 31, 2023Right, it makes perfect sense! Do you have a link to your fully upgraded deck? |
Feb 01, 2023I dpn't have the deck at my place to look it up, but I think it was something like this: arkhamdb.com |
Mar 28, 2024I was under the impression that once added, permanent cards are just that: they stay in your deck. You show a copy of Charon's Obol in your level 0 deck..... where did it go? |

I love the idea! I am personally an absolute fan of Opportunist (2) over Manual Dexterity (2), and Hatchet Man would have been a good Vicious Blow in such a deck!
