Introduction

This deck is built around the natural synergy between Enchanted Bow, Word of Weal, Word of Woe, Sin-Eater, and Amina Zidane's ability. Amina can play the bow for free and Word of Woe and Sin-Eater can essentially get infinite uses out of the bow, and multiple activations per investigator phase. I've built a few Enchanted Bow decks in the past, and while the ranged attack is nice, the limited uses over time (3 charges) and limited uses per investigator phase (exhausts when activated), really limit the power. Word of Woe, Word of Weal, and Sin-Eater solve both of these problems.

Tarot

Four of Cups is a decent card and a single copy is worth considering in any mystic deck. But Ace of Rods is generally seen as under-powered if you don't draw it in your opening hand. In this deck, with Amina's ability + Lucky Cigarette Case will net you +1 action and +2 temporary skill, even when Ace of Rods isn't in your opening hand. Anna Kaslow makes room for both Four of Cups and a temporary slot for Ace of Rods.

Deck Thinning

The power Word of Woe & Word of Weal is untapped through multiple uses. And the smaller the deck, the more uses you have. Lucky Cigarette Case and Arcane Initiate are essential to thinning your deck. But upgraded Lucky Cigarette Case in a deck that dumps all stats into Willpower can dig through your deck very fast. David Renfield, Living Ink, and Four of Cups boost Willpower directly. Word of Weal, Ace of Rods, Ghastly Possession, Guts, and Promise of Power can all be used to pile on any result total. And Enchanted Bow, Spectral Razor, and Mists of R'lyeh convert Fight and Evade to Willpower actions. Relic Hunter with a second copy of an upgraded Lucky Cigarette Case and it just gets silly. (And throw in 2 copies of Tempt Fate just for fun.)

Monster Hunting

Enchanted Bow is good, but combined with Mists of R'lyeh, you just start dancing around any non-elite monster. Between Evade + Move with Mists and attacking at a distance with the Bow (and a well timed Ace of Rods), you're able to cover a very large area.

Level Zero Deck

The level zero deck should be filled with 2 Sword Cane, 1 Dream Diary, 2 Delve Too Deep, 2 Unexpected Courage and any temporary spells of your choice.

Upgrade Strategy

Arcane Research is used strictly to upgrade Mists of R'lyeh and Ward of Protection for free over the first 7 acts. (Mists of of R'lyeh conveniently have level 2 and level 4 versions to bridge the gap.) Your first copy of Enchanted Bow, Lucky Cigarette Case, Sin-Eater, and then Tarot should normally be upgraded in that order. Living Ink is a perfectly fine card in this deck at level zero. If you have extra experience to upgrade the Ink, Vibrancy, Imbued Ink, and Eldritch Ink (choosing Intellect) are fine choices.

Mulligan Strategy

Tarot cards are obvious choices, but you really want to hard mulligan for Lucky Cigarette Case, Arcane Initiate, and Enchanted Bow. One of the deck's weaknesses is that 2 copies of Enchanted Bow and Mists of R'lyeh are your only assets which activate for skills checks. Word of Woe requires an asset with an activation ability. And Word of Weal requires an asset performing a skill check.

Conclusion

This deck sometimes feels a little too focused, but if you want to kill monsters from a distance with Enchanted Bow, this deck might be for you. Like I said in the introduction, Enchanted Bow always underperformed for me in the past due to limited uses and exhausting when using its ranged attack. It was really exciting for me when Amina was originally spoiled in Scarlet Keys. And it's always fun to have an excuse to play with under-powered cards like Ace of Rods and Tempt Fate.
