Solo deck i made and tested in Curse of the Rougarou.

It works on the theory that all checks should be made using her , therefore we have Shrivelling and Storm of Spirits for combat checks, Blinding Light and Mists of R'lyeh for evasion checks, and Rite of Seeking and Drawn to the Flame for Investigation. Most of these cards are spells so they also utilise her special abilities for greater longevity. Her can be improved for an extra bonus using the Holy Rosary, Guts, and Arcane Studies.

She can also mitigate the bad luck that always comes out of the bag by using Ritual Candles, The Chthonian Stone and Dark Prophecy as well as control the encounter deck somewhat with Ward of Protection.

For encounter deck checks that can't be funnelled to her , I've added Torrent of Power, and Ward of Protection to give her a symbol as well as Arcane Studies for tests. There are also a variety of and a few symbols scattered through the deck.

She should be ok for resources with judicious use of Alchemical Transmutation, but just in case, she has an Emergency Cache and Uncage the Soul for her Rite of Seekings, Shrivellings or Storm of Spirits.

There not much to help her regain health, but she does have Painkillers to funnel health damage to sanity damage and Clarity of Mind and Fearless to take care of that.

Any deck should have Delve Too Deep in it.

I randomly chose Haunted as her weakness but i think its pretty thematic so im 'happy' with it.

Observant critics may note that i haven't included any Arcane Initiate. I don't think they're really necessary for this deck since you have so many spells, you shouldn't have to look too far to find one. Nonetheless, it may be that the card would do better than Storm of Spirits, which works much better in multiplayer.

I haven't given much thought to how to spend any experience I get yet, but improving Shrivelling is always a good idea, and a Bulletproof Vest might also be a worthy investment.
