Came Up With This Deck Idea. It's a little different but fun once it gets online. The premise is grab enemies, draw a bunch using String Along and Pickpocketing and run around the map, discovering free clues from Lucius's ability (Gain a Clue When You Evade an Enemy). It's really meant for a duo campaign with a damage dealer but that's the deck at its core.

Upgrade Path Priority:

Eon Chart -> Eon Chart

Dr. William T. Maleson -> Dr. William T. Maleson

Crack the Case -> Crafty

Thieves' Kit -> Lockpicks

Pickpocketing -> Pickpocketing

Burglary -> Black Market

After That TBD:

You proc Hiking Boots when you discover the last clue at a location to gain a free move, and gain stat bonuses after moving with Fieldwork in play.

Burglary and Crack the Case are resource generation. Dr. William T. Maleson can put clues back on which allows you to negate encounter cards, while also putting a clue back in place (nice if you're stuck at a location with 0 clues). This allows you to trigger Hiking Boots and Fieldwork consistently every turn!

Pilfer and Working a Hunch are additional clue events to help if you have a bunch of clues on a location (can easily Pilfer on a 4 clue location to get everything and proc your Hiking Boots / Fieldwork combo)

Nimble and Shortcut are there to get around the map if you are on a dead location without any clues and finally Quick Thinking is just additional actions when needed.

Upgrading Eon Chart to Eon Chart is the big need to help smooth things out since 1 of your actions every round will be an evade.

Dr. William T. Maleson can be used on any investigator and gives you the option of what encounter card to pick. He's also just great value for 2/2 soak for 2.

Finally Crafty replaces cracking the case for additional resourcing every turn. After Crafty, you can drop Thieves' Kit for Lockpicks

Forensic Kit and Thieves' Kit are your investigate engine to either heal or gain resources although only really necessary on naked investigate actions when needed.

You want to try to mulligan to get String Along and Hiking Boots in your opening hand. A Burglary or Crack the Case isn't bad either to help with initial resourcing. Once you have your board setup, resourcing becomes less dependent as the deck is pretty low to the ground in regards to cost.

I'd love to hear any feedback you might have. I just started Forgotten Age and the deck. Give it a shot and let me know what you think!
