She's not rich, but she'll gladly pay for Peter Sylvestre or Leo De Luca's help if she has access to her Emergency Cache.

Wendy doesn't like to fight her enemies, but she does like Pickpocketing after evading them though. With some Quick Thinking, she'll get in a little Sneak Attack as well.
When she has no money and is backed into a corner, she's a Dark Horse and just as liable to use a Fire Axe as she is to Backstab anyone (or thing) that threatens her.
