Empower YourSelf, Amina! Servitor and Elle Adventure!

Amina Zidane is a very unique . She does not usually like using her Willpower to do everything, unlike other Mystics. SHe likes to use her actual stats, like other classes! How do we take the most advantage of that? Why, by simply believing yourself and Empower Selfing yourself!

This deck is my best attempt at making a deck for the humble Operator. My current experience with it (as well as her) is The Scarlet Keys in multiplayer as a full flex. She can certainly hold her own fairly well if you based on how set up she can get. Her ability lets her get more assets out faster since she would need to spend less time setting up, plus she can generally get by with little economy (notice the lack of economy cards in the deck, she doesn't need it!)

Deck Plan

1. Elle Rubash is your bestie, she gives you +1 to all your relevant stuff that you get out with your ability, plus hides that pesky doom.
2. Get clues with the Dowsing Rod, fight enemies with the Enchanted Blade. Get these out with your doom discount.
3. Empower Self helps all your stats and are expensive, get them out using either Uncage the Soul or your ability. You can attach Empower Selves with doom on them to Elle to hide their doom until you get rid of it with Moonlight Ritual or some other means.
4. Your health is so low! Summoned Servitor is your hired bodyguard. Drag em around and have them soak for you.
5. Can't find your cards? Scroll of Prophecies can help (can get it out cheap with your ability then chuck it once dry to get rid of that doom)
6. As final glue for the deck, generally decent Mystic events help round it out. 6.1 Prophesy was put in for fun but you can probably just replace it with anything else or just Unexpected Courage, it's okay I won't be upset :) .

Upgrade Path

Elle is a MUST for this deck. Top priority! If you were not too pleased with how Amina feels, then Elle can change your mind. Oh yeah, and In the Thick of It's trauma is both mental of course (that 5 health already stings a ton, no need to make it worse!)

"Why's Sin-Eater so late?"

My experience is that while Sin-Eater is very good (it can keep your Blade charged!), I found a lot of other things more important ahead of it. Again, I cannot stress just how important Elle is as well as getting rid of that pesky Arcane slot from that Servitor. If they print another hand slot weapon for Amina to be able to use you wouldn't need the upgrade, I just found Enchanted Blade the best option ( Wicked Athame has no synergy here and Ceremonial Sickle just doesn't cut the mustard enough to be reliable).

Mulligan Priority

Finding your tools (Dowsing Rod and Blade) are key. Elle Rubash or Arcane Initiate (depending on whos in the deck) are also top priority. Mulligan quite literally anything else.

If you have Uncage the Soul and at least one Empower Self however I'd keep those anyways since you'd be able to play them out immediately.

Conclusion

Amina is okay. I've found this deck fun and I hope you all will too. She's a unique investigator who demands a very different style. She's not the strongest or the fastest, but it feels nice to be able to just test any stat at a decent base level (and moreso when Empower Self gives +2 all the time and/or Enchanted Blade on Elle Rubash fights at 5 base!)
