"Rags to Riches" is a cool flex concept Preston deck that goes from Dark Horse to Big Money. I am not too sure if this is a common thing to do, but it seems like a fun thing that only Preston can do properly and in the least amount of time and XP.

A notable absence in this deck plan is Adaptable - I think it's quite easy to slot in if you have an XP point lying about after any scenario, but it will be highly up to the campaign you are playing if you feel you need its support or not.

Another thing to take into account is that I don't own The Feast of Hemlock Vale, so I have not used any of the cards from that set. I am guessing there would be notable changes if I had access to that card pool, namely cards like Bank Job instead of Faustian Bargain to also do some team support.

I tried a subset of this deck at 10 XP for a Murder at the Excelsior Hotel one shot, and I added The Black Fan, Miss Doyle, Easy Mark and Stylish Coat to it. I wasn't running Old Keyring in that deck, I hadn't thought of it, but the deck itself performed really well. I think starting at Dark Horse makes sense for Preston and once we find our money we can ditch the equine and hop on a Lambo instead.
