Built for a two-handed solo campaign (standard difficulty; taboo Sep-2019) with Diana Stanley and Parallel "Skids" O'Toole
I had played through several scenarios with Parallel "Skids" O'Toole and found that his 3 is too low to reliably hit enemies. @bluehg recently came up with the Advanced signatures for his "Skids" replacements so I thought I'd give it a go.
He'd have 4 which will be more consistent than relying on Overpower and eventually Sharpshooter (3)

- Charon's Obol (2) because Rogue cards are XP costly
- Momentum (1) amazing when used with "Skids" O'Toole ability to prepare for a difficult test
- Delilah O'Rourke (3) +1/+1 important along with the trigger
Medium Priority
- Eucatastrophe (3) Insurance against the
- Sure Gamble (3) Especially powerful with Sawed-Off Shotgun (5)
- Charisma (3)
- Lola Santiago (3) excellent for ad-hoc cluing and the stat boost
- Lucky! (2) May keep Lucky! for a maximum of 6 Lucky!s in the deck!
- Sharpshooter (3) make use of his high to hit enemies
- High Roller (2) originally brought along for treachery mitigation, found that it was also useful when needing to do other ad-hoc actions such as investigating
Low Priority
- All In (5) Amazing with "Skids" O'Toole and Momentum (1)
- Double or Nothing (3) taboo cost
- .41 Derringer (2) should be more accurate now with boosts and other mitigations
- Sawed-Off Shotgun (5) for the gunpowder high
- Lupara (3) with Adaptable (1) swapping in Sleight of Hand
- Ace in the Hole (6)
- Backpack (2) picking up the guns for Sleight of Hand as needed
Alternate Upgrades
- Lockpicks (1) for ad-hoc investigation and triggering over-successes
- Pickpocketing (2) for card draw with evasion
- Lucky Cigarette Case (3) card search with over-success
- Liquid Courage (1) for emergency horror healing - can be mitigated with Momentum (1) reducing the difficulty to 0
